There is no "dress code" for PHE 1 Golf.  However, to optimize learning and comfort, students are encouraged to "layer" their attire for the class.  While you may find the weather to be a little chilly at the start of class on some days, a half-hour of hitting golf balls can be a warming process.  Footwear options abound, though flat-soled shoes work best. Stiletto heels…not a good idea. All that having been said, please feel free to dress as you wish, as long as it is reasonably appropriate. Sunscreen protection is highly advised.

Safety Notification

There are risks and dangers inherent in participating and/or receiving instruction in a PHE 1 Activity course. Injury resulting from participation is always a possibility in physical activity. Please carefully follow the guidelines provided by your instructor and adhere to any rules established by the instructor. Please notify your instructor immediately if you become ill or injured, or feel that you shouldn’t participate on a given day.

Unless otherwise expressly indicated by the student, the assumption is that the student is in good health and is capable of participating in all facets of the physical activity related to this class.
